Our old bed frame in our room upstairs need to be replace coz their kinda old and rusty. Anytime they would give-in and may cause minor to severe injuries to us. We have not think about this coz we think it can still last for a couple of years but my concern are the kids who always jump in the bed thus making it more brittle that may cause to break early as expected and the kids may hurt themselves. I visited a furniture shop but they don’t sell bed frames. So I tried surfing the NET to find my luck in finding a bed frame and I was not disappointed. Im still waiting for my brother’s go signal to start working on my small house. It’s been a month when he told me that he will carry all the expenses for my soon to be house but until now I haven’t heard anything from him. I went to Eric house to see an update of their house being renovated. As of now the progress is quite good. The living room is on its 80% completion and the kitchen is about probably 60% of completion. I went to check their bathroom since this was the first to undergo in a renovation and im very impress to see a big improvement compare to the old one. All it need is a sink which until now Eric is in search. I suggested a farmhouse sink and he replied and said that he also plan on getting one of those. I’m still planning my design for my future home and I want my home design to be unique and no else has the design. I have some in my thought what would the design will look like but im still thinking for the best output. What in my mind is a building type structure with second floor. I’ve seen couple of these home design on a magazine that are really nice and very genius design. My home would be like a mini office with bed, sofa, entertainment set so basically its a home office so I can work at the same time have myself entertained. The interior would be as elegant as possible and I would prepare an aluminum appliances, glasses, porcelain tiles and stainless steel accessories. I could add a stainless steel fireplace accessories in my future home (just like what I saw in the magazine) unfortunately, our climate is not as cold like other countries that requires fireplace. Modern homes now a day don’t use bricks and cements for fireplace (though some home still uses this materials). An elegant home usually uses a blomus stainless steel fireplace accessories to fit in with the modern home design. And how about the exterior? I would prefer a stainless steel mailbox to look great even outside and blomus stainless steel mailboxes are the best choice to look more unique as if I live in a different country. And thats my future home will be.

Another day has pass and I can’t stop thinking my mini dream house which will be my office as well. Inside this tiny house there will be a kitchen, living room, master bedroom and a small home theater. Though I don’t have the budget yet but hey, it’s not bad to lived in your own fantasy world and besides, I have my new LCD monitor that I cannot stop on craving and thats a good start don’t you think. Later this afternoon we might return the the PC we just bought last week because I suspect it to have a bad memory and also I might stop by at the mall to check out the magazine about “Home Modeling” which I saw couple of weeks ago with a sexy lady wearing a babydolls outfit as a cover girl in that magazine. I already had some idea running on my thought and who knows I might find some other cool house design and idea that I can add into.

Whoa! our house is being infested by termites, this could be a serious problem! After the newly painted house now came this pest which is very bad considering that our house is made of 50% wood so instead of hiring a pest control service I did it by myself alone coz me and my sister were totally drained in our newly painted house. So I rush to our town to buy an insecticide specially made for killing termites which is twice expensive on some ordinary insecticides coz some brands of insecticide doesn’t work on termites. I started to spray in our ceiling especially in those area that are hard to reach. After the ceiling I sprayed each corner of our wooden wall and the other possible path for the termites to crawl on. Its also better to put holes on the the ground around your house with a distance of 5-10 feet each and it should be one meter away from your house for under attack possibility. And lastly, I search their nest, Termites will continue to destroy things until you find their queen. Be sure to kill the queen termite so it won’t produce anymore siblings.

Last December my older sister told me that she wants to hire somebody to repaint our house, our last repaint was 10 years ago and will notice the deterioration of the paint in our wall. So I called our neighbor who happens to be an experience painter. He estimate how many gallons of paint he will be using and the other necessary tools he will be needing and he compute the total estimate cost we will be spending besides the labor. That night my older sister talk to me about choosing color to be paint in our house. I suggested to retain its old color but she refuse, she told me that she’s sick of seeing the old color for 30 years and wanted to repaint it with other good color. After the short discussion I went to my room and started to surf the net looking for a color that will please my sister. My sister did her research too, she took her collection of house magazines and that’s were she found a right color for the house. That very morning I called my neighbor again and told him when he want to start and without a second thought he answer “NOW!” so I hand-over the money so he can buy the materials. After two weeks of repainting the result seems to be outstanding. My sister really know what color to pick. Now that my lawn is clean plus new painted house everything fits perfect.
